Leaders in Music Perform with District 16 Honor Band

This past weekend the Chillicothe Middle School had six of its band students participate in the Ohio Music Education Association District 16 Honor Band.  The students were: Shelby Dunham, Katherine Remley, Calvin King, Matthew Detty, Gabe Smith, and Victoria Vitatoe.  They worked extremely hard throughout the weekend and put on an outstanding performance Sunday afternoon.  The honor band was comprised of students from eighteen different schools.  Their guest conductor for the weekend was Dr. David Hedgecoth a music professor from Ohio State University.
