Outdoor Adventure

Every Friday, students attend a leadership group. Outdoor Adventure is one such group offered and is facilitated by Mrs. Conaway. In this group we do a lot of various activities outside. One of the more popular games is shooting basketball hoops down in Yocktangee Park. If basketball isn’t your game there are other sports like football, frisbee, baseball or even sidewalk chalk drawing. Outdoor Adventure is for students that love being outside and want physical activity. As a whole group activity the group will feed the ducks in the park. During the winter, students get the chance to outside and enjoy the snow. Leadership Groups are part of the 7- habits program at Chillicothe Middle School. Outdoor Adventure is highly recommend to students who enjoy the elements, enjoy physical activity and want to have fun. The best thing about this leadership group is there are different choices of interest for all the students in the group to select each Friday.
