Presidential Election Project - 8th Grade

CMS1 8th graders in Mrs. Clark's and Mrs. Towne's American History classes
researched and created collages about the election process. Students researched various issues and both candidates' views on topics such as foreign policy, social security, education, and healthcare just to name a few. As a result, students were able to make an informed decision as to whom they would have voted for in this presidential election. Students were also able to persuade others to vote for their presidential candidate based on their research and knowledge of the issues.
