Leadership Notebooks Finalized

Please find our link to the right that outlines the Leadership Notebooks.  Here is what the Leadership Notebooks are to look like:

END IN MIND: All students will have created a notebook by the end of this school year. 

As CMS-1 creates their leadership notebooks, we are going to look at different aspects of our lives.

Please follow the directions for completing each section as outline below:

Section 1 - My Self

My Personal Mission Statement

Section 2 - My Goals
The goals can be academic, behavioral, social, relational, athletic, etc. The WIGS sheet asks students to select their 3 most important goals. The goals should be specific and positive. (Ex: NOT to stop failing classes, BUT RATHER get a C in math.) The accountability partner should be someone with whom they share their progress, at home or at school.

There is no uniform document for this; you would need to create something (or have kids create) a way to chart progress in your class.
